By Brazil Stock Guide – Ambipar (AMBP3.SA), the Brazilian multinational specializing in environmental solutions and emergency response, has climbed to the top of the B3 Corporate Sustainability Index (ISE), marking the first time the company leads the benchmark. The news was first reported by Brasil 247.

The company’s rise has been consistent: eighth place in 2022, seventh in 2023, sixth in 2024 and now number one in 2025. Ambipar secured a 100% score in the Climate Change dimension, according to the CDP Climate Change assessment, underscoring its role in driving the transition toward a low-carbon economy. In Corporate Governance and Executive Management, the company achieved 94.62%, more than 14 percentage points above the index average.

“Our performance in the ISE B3 proves that sustainability is at the center of Ambipar’s strategy. Reaching the top of the ranking, outperforming the index average in every dimension, demonstrates the alignment between our purpose, business model and global operations,” said Rafael Tello, Ambipar’s global head of sustainability.

The company also scored 100% in Worker Health and Safety, Human Rights, Product Quality and Safety, and Environmental Management—all considered critical for corporations with intensive industrial operations and risk management exposure.

Tello highlighted Ambipar’s broader market impact: “We are very proud to note that beyond leading the ranking, eight of the nine other companies at the top of the portfolio are our clients. This shows that in addition to pursuing excellence internally, we are also contributing to making the Brazilian economy more sustainable.”
