By Brazil Stock Guide – The 2026 Best Workplaces ranking, compiled by Infojobs, is based on more than 16 million voluntary employee reviews, offering one of the clearest real-world snapshots of what it actually feels like to work inside the country’s largest organizations. The message is simple: culture is no longer what companies say — it’s what employees experience.
To make the cut, companies needed at least 50 verified reviews and an average score above 4.0, filtering out noise and focusing on consistent performance across key dimensions such as leadership, compensation, work environment and career growth.
At the top of the ranking sits Hospital Israelita Albert Einstein, reinforcing healthcare’s growing dominance in employee satisfaction. It is followed by SEBRAE and agribusiness heavyweight Cargill, highlighting a diverse mix of sectors where internal execution is matching external messaging.

According to Ana Paula Prado, CEO of Redarbor Brasil, the group behind Infojobs, the common denominator among top-ranked companies is execution. “The companies that stand out are those that deliver internally what they promise externally,” she said — a growing expectation in a workforce that now compares employers with the same rigor used for products and services.
Beyond the top 10, global and domestic heavyweights are also gaining traction. Companies such as Unilever (UL), Suzano (SUZB3) and Mondelez International (MDLZ) scored strongly, alongside retail giant Magazine Luiza (MGLU3) and beauty group Grupo Boticário.
Financial institutions — traditionally seen as demanding workplaces — are also adapting. Itaú Unibanco (ITUB4), Banco Bradesco (BBDC4) and Porto Seguro (PSSA3) ranked among the best in their categories, suggesting a shift toward more sustainable workplace models.
