Petrobras pays second 2025 shareholder tranche

By Brazil Stock Guide – Petrobras (PETR3, PETR4; PBR), Brazil’s state-controlled oil producer, said it will pay the second installment of shareholder remuneration related to its March 31, 2025 balance sheet, according to a company filing published Monday. The announcement follows a material fact released on May 12, 2025.

The gross amount to be distributed totals 0.45458309 reais per share, split between 0.30844749 reais in dividends and 0.14613560 reais in interest on equity. The payments are being processed today, Petrobras said.

Payment channels

The transfer is handled by Banco Bradesco SA (BBDC4), the custodian of Petrobras’ book-entry shares. Investors with updated registration details will receive the funds automatically in their bank accounts. Shareholders with positions held through B3 SA – Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão (B3SA3) will receive payments via their respective brokers.

For holders of American Depositary Receipts traded on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: PBR), JPMorgan Chase & Co. (JPM) will distribute the remuneration starting Sept. 29, 2025. Further details are available on the ADR program website, Petrobras said.
